1. Interview a senior HR professional. The interview “theme” is your choice, but every interview should have a theme. Some ideas include: How important in your job?; How do you spend a typical workweek?; What advice would you have for an undergraduate student majoring in HR? Other topics include: hiring, firing, training, diversity, or any other topic that receives substantial attention in the text or this course. For the paper, you will summarize your interview and find a minimum of 5 scholarly sources that support or validate the experience of the HR professional whom you interviewed.
