In this homework, you will run a multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The data file in this week's resources will be used for this homework.
Assume you have been asked by a manager to explore sex differences in sales performance. The idea is that women are more efficient in asking for and closing sales than men. The sales representatives' sex is the independent variable, and the number of closings is the dependent variable.
In a report that you will write to the manager, please address the following:
1) Brief introduction
2) Discuss the nature of the sample (sex, age, sample size, etc.)
3) Present the findings from the analysis
4) Translate the results into a recommendation for whether or not to roll out the training. Be specific in your justification.
5) Brief conclusion
