Go to and explore extensively the website Harlem Child’s Zone. In a formal presentation to the Mayor of a community, develop a comprehensive plan including at lest 4 (four) programs for children at risk. Take into consideration the issues raised by the students in the movie that caused them to be apathetic toward their own futures and as such became a part of the juvenile system.
a. This comprehensive plan is to include programs that address the needs of the community until these children are in college/trade school.
b. Additionally, this comprehensive plan must identify the dynamics of your community and the specific issue each program is addressing and how it would bring hope to young people and keep them from a life of delinquency.
c. One of your programs is to include a restorative justice component.
d. Minimum of 4 (four) full pages (double space, 12 font size).
