While change can be described as an inevitable part of life, no progress can be attained without change. We will explore change and sources of resistance so that you can become an effective change agent. We will also share our experiences of interviewing a nursing leader. This professional discussion with a nursing leader will broaden your perspectives, show you some career possibilities, as well as clarify roles and functions.
You will shadow and interview a nurse leader. Post your questions for the interview and offer some background as to why these questions were chosen.
