Question: Explore two research articles of your choosing in a disability population of interest to you (mental health diagnoses, autism, intellectual and developmental disability, physical disability, or any other disability population of your choosing!). Identify where, if any, are there instances of ableism/ableist language. How does it make you feel? How do you think it impacts disability populations? How could the researchers have done better? If the articles you selected do not have any examples of ableism, what do you think they did well? How can other researchers learn from their work?
