You also learned the importance of anticipating the future and being able to adjust as a leader. As you end this course, take one final reflection so that you can take your vision with you. It will be important for you to reflect frequently and ensure you keep abreast of news, topics, trends, and information around nonprofit leadership and management.
Post 500-750 words what you envision for the future of nonprofit leadership and management. Include what you forecast will remain substantially the same and what is especially likely to change. Explain your rationale or basis for your predictions.
