Review the kinds of crises your clients might be dealing with and the theoretical perspectives behind their care. In the Discussion Board, discuss the approaches you would take to work with:
a) A client expressing suicidal ideation,
b) A veteran or military service member dealing with trauma,
c) A client struggling with recovering from a disaster.
Explain your process from the standpoint of crisis intervention. Also, discuss ways in which you think clients with these issues might be introduced into the criminal justice system.
