Problem
You are on uniformed patrol on Halloween night. As you drive down a residential street with your window open, you hear terrifiying screaming from a young woman down the block. You accelerate toward the sound, but you do not activate your lights or siren. You stop in front of the house where you heard the screaming take place, walk up to the door, and knock. After a moment, a nervous, twitching man with bloodshot eyes opens the door and yells "What do you want?" You smell an odor coming from inside the house that, based on your training and experience, smells like burning methamphetamine. At the same time, you hear a young woman screaming, but you can also see that a horror movie is on the television, though no one seems to be watching it. You want to go inside the house to make sure the woman is OK and investigate the smell of methamphetamine.
