On this mission and visions statements and SMART goal evaluation, think from a consumer's standpoint. Explain if you clearly see the relationship between the product and/or service and the statements. Explain whether or not you feel the company's "brand" brought to life through those statements.

The Strategic Audit is Visa. Their vision statements are: "Addressing economic inequality by empowering people traditionally excluded from the financial system. Empowering underserved communities and supporting local economies everywhere. Committed to driving sustainable commerce as we work towards a more sustainable future." Their mission statement is: "Our mission is to help make the world a better place. We've committed to sustainable efforts, responsible operations and equality in the workplace.

Every single day." When you apply the SMART concept to Visa's vision and mission statements, you will see that they are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time-bound. They are specific in their vision statement on how they are working towards their mission. Their vision and mission is measurable, attainable, and realistic because they have been doing this for over 60 years already. If we would have looked at these statements 15-20 years ago, there would be doubt on whether they could actually achieve their vision and mission but Visa has already taken huge strives towards these.
