Explain with neat diagram the internal organization of bit cells in a memory chip.

Memory cells are usually organized in the form of an array, in which every cell is capable of storing one bit of information. Each row having a memory word, and all cells of a row are linked to a common line referred to as word line, which is driven by he address decoder on the chip.
