Discussion Post: Student Leadership Practices Inventory (SLPI) Assessment Comparison
For the milestones in this course, you wrote several reflections comparing your self-assessment responses to the observer assessment responses. First, take the SLPI again and compare your current report to the report you received at the beginning of the semester. Then to complete this journal entry, address the following critical elements:
a) Assess how your answers have changed
b) Explain why you think you responded differently
c) Describe what you can do with this information to develop your leadership action plan.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
