Problem
Imagine a scenario where a number of incidents have been reported and through incident analysis, we have discovered a design flaw (problem) with one of our key IT systems. It does not take us long to figure out how to fix the problem but we must wait for change management in order to implement the fix. Why? Explain why you think it is important to comply with the change management processes in order to implement what we think is a pretty simple fix.
