In a paper, write about the following:
• Who coined the term/concept "misogynoir" and what does "misogynoir" mean?
• Explain why what happened to Megan Thee Stallion (not only the incidence of violence but the reactions on social media) is an example of misogynoir.
• Do you notice any traces of misogynoir in your own thinking and reactions to this incident? (Don't worry, no one will see this besides me [Gail] -- I am asking for your honest reflections!!) What patterns of misogynoir do you perceive in yourself?
• What have you done, or are you doing, to minimize your misogynoir and transform it into an appreciation of Black women?
