Using the system diagram from assignment, select one aspect of the system that could be improved. Do the following:
My system was a Human-Computer interaction system that included a chair, keyboard, mouse, table, personal computer/desktop in addition to a lamp and phone. I chose the mouse as the part of the system that needs improving.
I need to select one aspect of the system (only one aspect) that could be improved. I need to select a research methodology (either descriptive, experimental or evaluative) that will enable me to quantify. I should describe the methodology I would use, how I would select participants, the number of participants (specifying participant selection and number of participants) and any assumptions that go along with my choices. I should explain why I used the methodology I did as opposed to some other type of methodology.
A. Explain why that part of the system needs improving.
B. Describe the approach you would take to conduct a research project to quantify the systems shortcoming(s).
C. Describe the methodology you would use, how you would select participants, the number of participants and any assumptions that go along with your choices.
D. Explain why you used the methodology you did as opposed to some other type of methodology.
