There are many additional factors a business, project manager, or project team member must consider when working on an international project. It is important to understand the impact of the global economy and cultural differences when managing international projects.
Conduct research to find an example of international project. This project should have been completed within the last six months. Summarize the project and the end results.
Then explain what you have learned from this research and how you would now go about preparing yourself to lead an international project. In your response to your preparation process, reference a specific foreign country. Please cite your sources in APA format.
