Assignment:
As consultants, create a 1200 word memo (excluding references/title pages) to senior management about any org you - as a team - choose to write about and plan to use throughout this course:
(1) Describe what diversity means to the org of your choice
(2) Explain why employee diversity training is needed in the org.
(1) Explain role of employee motivation in learning or being trained about diversity. Why does it matter?
(2) Identify the mix of personality in the org and how it might affect performance for the org and why?
(3) Identify potential legal issues for the org. that could arise if diversity training does not happen?
