2) The following paragraph:
Bakunin is perhaps the most famous anarchist theorist of all time. He grew up in aristocratic wealth in Russia, but soon became convinced that the system of power in Russia was corrupt, and that the only recourse against the despotic power of the Czar was a revolution. Unlike Marx, whom he knew well, Bakunin did not want to create a dictatorship of the proletarian class. Rather, he wanted an ideally free society in which no government would impose its laws upon the citizens. Bakunin believed that the government should only be a bureaucracy at best, never holding the power to kill its citizens. Of course, it is hard to understand just what such a free society would look like, or how it would avoid chaos. Bakunin never had to deal with these realistic questions. However, his critique of the State as a violent despot, even when it represents the "will of the people," is a powerful reminder that the power can corrupt. If we take his ideas as more useful as a critique than as a positive contribution to how to create a free and equal society, we can find much of value in Bakunin.

Question:
Bakunin offers a powerful critique of the State. One of the problems with the State, he says, is that it tends to consider all other States, even all other humans outside the State, as its enemies.

Explain why Bakunin thinks this, and what he thinks should be the attitude towards humanity by any truly free and equal society.
