a) Explain who developed each test and what each test requires to be proven in order to succeed in court.
b) Although many tests are similar, identify what aspect of each test is unique and why that difference is important.
c) Argue which insanity test we believe courts should use. Our answer should give a detailed explanation of our reasoning and use real life or hypothetical examples to support your conclusion.
