2.  Where would you place Apple's iPhone on the product life-cycle?  Use the product life cycle characteristics and strategies described in your text to explain your choice.

3.  Visit a large discount store (Walmart, Target, Kmart, Meijers) and tell me about at least three pricing strategies you see being used.  Explain your observations - identify the strategy and tell me about why you think its' being used.  The pricing strategy may be employed by the retailer or the product manufacturer.
