Homework: Validate Leadership Theories
Length: five to seven pages.
Based on your poster project prepared for the first homework due this week, draft a critical analysis addressing the following:
i. Determine which of the four normative leadership theories you would most recommend based on usefulness. Explain your choice based on your experiences and/or on your observations of other leaders.
ii. Complete the Self-Assessment Servant Leadership Questionnaire found in this books and resources. In addition, use the questionnaire to rate the servant leadership behaviors of a leader whom you know, or ask someone else to rate you. Explain what you learned from conducting this assessment and analyze the results.
iii. From your perspective, explain whether servant leadership is unrealistic and defend your answer with examples and research.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
