Explain whether a court would likely hold the individual

Prepare a detailed response to both parts of the following Case Problem:

PART A - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

Analyze each of the following situations and explain whether a court would likely hold the individual liable for an infringement of intellectual property rights? Why or why not? If so, what type of intellectual property rights were involved?

1. At the library, Kristen photocopies 10 pages from a scholarly journal relating to a topic on which she is writing a college term paper.

2. Mandy makes leather handbags and sells them on her website. She advertises them as "Vuton" handbags, hoping customers will assume that they were made by Louis Vuitton, a well-known maker of high-quality luggage and handbags.

3. Eve teaches political science at a small community college. She has a digital video recorder and frequently records television programs relating to the most recent U.S. Presidential election and copies them to blank DVDs. She then takes the DVDs to her classroom so that her students can watch them. (This method eliminates the possibility that students will be pulling out their cell phones to just watch a link that Eve posts on the board)
