Prepare a 5 pages paper that assesses how Active Senior activities assist older adults in maintaining both physical and mental well-being.

i. How do these activities contribute to older adults' physical and mental well-being?

ii. Indicate what some challenges might exist that prevent older adults from engaging in these activities.

iii. Explain where older adults may find activities in which to participate, i.e. churches, YMCA, universities, etc.

iv. As part of your analysis, provide a list of five activities that you believe should be included in any Active Senior program. Support your choices with your research.
