Based on the information in the preceding session, what would make you classify the selected organization as one that has sustainable competitive advantage?
Note that you need to discuss the four areas of sustainable competitive advantage in relation to the company selected.
You need to determine in which areas the organization has a sustainable competitive advantage. Explain what the organization is doing really well in the areas that you identified and that has allowed it to gain/and or maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.
