In law, there are exceptions to the general rules that exist. In certain types of crimes (offences), the proving of the elements is not required. In 20 lines or less, name, describe and define what those crimes are. Explain what standard of proof is required to be established by the parties involved. Finally, explain if or how these offences can be defended against.
