Research a current event that demonstrates a leader recognizing the contributions of his/her employees.. You can use the Internet, electronic news agencies, or journals to research a current event that should be fewer than three years old. In your post, address the following:
a) A summary of the event (at least one paragraph).
b) Describe how this leader recognized the contributions of his/her employees.
c) A summary of how this could apply to your current work situation.
With regard to your experience:
a) Explain what personal involvement in leadership means.
b) Why is being personally involved as a leader important?
c) What are some ways you can get personally involved to show that you care of your employees?
