Problem
You are running a gel containing your controls and test food sample PCR products. After loading your samples into the wells, you start the gel. You come back a few minutes later to check on your samples and you notice that your samples have moved up on the gel instead of down on the gel (oops!). Explain in ~2 sentences what may have happened to cause these results and what you could do differently next time to make sure this doesn't happen again.
