Explain what learner-centered leadership looks like versus authority-centered leadership. Identify at least two policies in a Grand City school that are designed to reinforce authority and make the job of adult staff members more comfortable at the expense of student learning. Explain how you would revise the two polices to be more learner centered, and describe how you would "motivate the masses" to accept the policy changes. Cite evidence and examples form the Fullan texts to support your explanation.
