Design a Site Risk/Benefit Assessment
These are the risk areas that I wanted to be put under the risk areas.
Rope stairs, Climber area, Garden centre (gardening tools etc) Quite area, mud kitchen, sand box, gravel ground, wood stumps, music wall, sensory wall, wooden bridge, picnic table, chalk and paint board, man made hill
Explain what are the risks identified in those areas, the consequences, the level of risk, and what control measure that need to be taken.
This is for an outdoor play area for children from the ages of 2 to 5 and some with disabilities.
