Mark receives a call that one of his competitor's trucks was involved in an accident and the driver has significant injuries. The truck is damaged and is leaking both fuel from the truck, but it is also leaking the dirty water being hauled for disposal. Mark is concerned and calls you to ask if this was his truck what would be covered. Please explain to Mark how each portion of the claim would be covered (or not covered).
