1) Imagine that you are applying for a position in the Department of Health and Human Services. Describe the agency and the specific role for which you are applying (Director of Information Technology) and the challenges you see the agency facing. (Management roles could be figurehead, leader, monitor, disseminator, entrepreneur, disturbance handler, resource allocator, or negotiator.)
2) Explain 2 to 3 reasons you would be of value to the agency in meeting those challenges.
