iv. Individually undertake a self-assessment against a specification of the knowledge, skills and behaviours required of an HR or L&D practitioner, identifying your own strengths and any gaps in your current level of knowledge and skills. You could use the CIPD Profession Map available for this, and/or another specification such as your own organisation's CPD framework. (AC 3.2) (approx 350 words)
