User involvement and support:
The commitment of employers and user management to the project can’t be assured and several projects get behind schedule since users cannot determine time to review products as like the Requirements Specification. Into the pre-project stage, the project manager must try to form a view regarding the users and their commitment to the project and must make sure that user responsibilities are totally spelled out into the Project Initiation Document. Additionally, this is wise to take user dependencies in account while preparing the project plan and to ignore, when possible, putting user tasks onto the ‘critical path’.
