Issue: Lack of healthcare providers in rural and remote areas and the effect on the community
i. Explain the structure and function of the Canadian Healthcare System (brief summary)
ii. Include an introductory paragraph on the topic you have chosen, a rationale for why the topic is important using the literature, and a summary (conclusion) at the end of the paper .
iii. Do not pick a pro or con stance for your topic. Provide a balanced argument for any issues discussed, i.e., justify your ideas and points and view. Include scholarly references for any ideas that are not your own .
iv. Ensure to explain the "so what" and "why" behind your discussion, in a cohesive manner, as this will form the main part of your analysis or critique.
