The memo should:
- Be written for your supervisor.
- Explain the situation and why it is an ethical problem.
- Propose a workable solution to the problem and why you believe this solution will work.
- Propose a course of action to implement the solution you recommend.

Include a paragraph on a new page in the same Word document where you reflect on and summarize what you learned and in the course.
