Explain the Sensory and the Motor Neurons
The peripheral nervous system consists of
1. Sensory neurons running from stimulus receptors that inform the central nervous system of the stimuli, and
2. Motor nerves running from the spinal motor neurons to the muscles and glands - called effectors - that take action.
