Explain the Sedimentation - Air Sampling?
It is the simplest method, which involves exposing agar plates in air for specified time at a location to be sampled. Microorganisms will sediment on the plate by gravitational force and forms colonies on incubation. Results are, however, influenced by the size of particles and by the speed and direction of air flow.
