Choose one of the seven leadership styles mentioned in "The Right Power for the Right Organization", Legitimate, Expert, Coercive, Reward, Referent, Charisma, and Informational power. Explain the power and when it would be most useful. Do you have this power? Does anyone in your organization have this power?
