A truncated cone 20 cm high is constructed of aluminum. The diameter at the top is 8 cm, and the diameter at the bottom is 12cm. The lower surface is maintained at 100 degree celcius; the upper surface , at 500 degrees celcius. The other surface is insulated. Assuming one dimensional flow, what is the rate of heat transfer in watts?
