Signature Homework: Project Plan Proposal
Now that you have completed your project plan, you have been asked to provide a presentation on your project and highlight key points of the project plan.
Create a 12 to 15 slides Microsoft PowerPoint presentation in which you:
o Identify the project based on the scenario selected.
o Explain the project's mission statement and objectives.
o Explain the project's work breakdown structure and Gantt Chart.
o Provide a visual of each, if applicable.
o Explain the resource utilization, including funding sources and project budget.
o Explain the assumptions, risk, and mitigation with the project.
o Explain how changes to the economic climate or culture could have an impact on the project.
o Provide a conclusion of your proposed project plan.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
