Thinking back to your original proposal, use the guidelines you've learned this week and your completed Communication Context Worksheet procedural document. Include a brief introduction and a set of instructions for employees who will participate in your workplace volunteering program.
1) Your introduction should be concise, but provide enough detail, so your readers understand the volunteering opportunity, its value, and what is being asked of them.
2) Be sure to fully explain the procedures your colleagues will follow while volunteering in your program.
3) In your instructions, make sure you use Jarvis's Alert, Orient, Act approach to inform your volunteering opportunity instructions.
