Using a problem-based ideation approach to begin to understand the product flaws and answer the questions below:
1). Think about a product that you have used in the past and did not really like the product. List five (5) things about the product as why you didn't like the product.
2). Then as an innovator, provide three suggestions to improve the product based on your list from question one above. Be sure to support your three suggestions.
