Discussion Post: Auditing and Assurance
You will select a listed public company (JB- Hifi) from the ASX200.
You will identify the major audit risk areas for your selected company. For each audit risk, your assignment should:
a) Explain the potential impact of the audit risk on the company's financial statements and
b) Detail the auditing procedures to verify the account balances impacted by the risk.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
