Homework: Leadership and Organizational
There are three written homework in the course, in which you will use the same organization to analyze the culture and make recommendations. Therefore, it is essential you start to think now about your company selection.
Consider selecting a company for which you or a family member works. You might also choose a civic organization. To ensure your selection sets you up for success in all three homeworks, be sure that your company:
i. is one with which you are familiar and from whose internal processes, of which an outsider would be unaware, you can draw
ii. has true issues that need to be resolved
iii. allows for realistic and enforceable solutions for the organization to be successful
INSTRUCTIONS
To complete this homework, use the provided text box in which you:
a) Identify the company that you want to research for the three written homeworks in the course.
b) Describe the organizational issue in your chosen company.
c) Explain why the issue hinders organizational efficiency.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
