Explain the net power output and thermal efficiency

A regenerative gas turbine with single stage compression and double stage expansion is used to generate power. Air enters the compressor at 100 kPa and 300 K, with a mass flow rate of 0.562 kg/s and is compressed to 400 kPa. All the power developed by the high pressure turbine is used to drive the compressor. The low pressure turbine provides the net output. Each turbine has an isentropic efficiency of 87 % and the temperature at the inlet to the high pressure turbine is 1200 K. The isentropic efficiency of the compressor is 80 %, and the regenerator effectiveness is 90 %. Taking into consideration the variations of specific heat with temperature, and adiabatic turbines, compressors and regenerators. No pressure drop for the flow through heat exchanger. Find temperatures at all states, net power output and thermal efficiency.
