Review three scholarly peer-reviewed sources from the CSU Global Library and prepare a 3 to 4 page paper.
Each source should focus on one leader with each leader coming from a different industry. After reading these sources, develop a comparison between the leadership of the firms to answer the following questions and prepare a 3 to 4 page paper:
Explain the leader's role in a team-based organization.
Explain leader actions that foster teamwork.
Explain the development of team leadership.
Explain and compare the different leadership models used by each leader and explain if each leader was or was not success.
