Paper Problem
Using a current controversial topic (which is terrorism), use three different theorists to explain the jurisprudential issues and analyze how the approach of each theorist provides clarity on how the issue should be analyzed and/or resolved. You must use one natural law theorist, one positivist and one sociological thinker.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
