1. Explain the issue/idea of truth in terms of both the social sciences and the humanities: argue one or the other as being better at explaining or illuminating truth. Offer your own examples that illustrate your point. Then, say how you would improve the approach against which you are arguing to be better able to explain or illuminate truth.
