Scenario: You have been hired to advise a candidate for the U.S. Senate. The candidate wants to be brought up to speed on the current state of homeland security compared to the recommendations of the 9/11 Commission.
Prepare a PowerPoint presentation of 8 to 10 slides that addresses the following points:
1. Provide an overview of the 9/11 Commission and the commission's report.
2. Highlight and explain the three recommendations you consider to be most important. Do not select the issue of "visa overstays" here.
3. Describe the current state of the three recommendations you have identified as important. Have the Commission's suggestions been implemented?
4. Explain the issue of "visa overstays." Show how this vulnerability was exploited by several of the 9/11 terrorists. Assess whether the problem has been solved.
