Does mental health in adults with clinical depression improve with outdoor physical activity?
My hypothesis is that changes of scenery like outdoor activities helps to improve mental health in adults with clinical depression.
Outdoor exercise provides a depressed person a chance to meet and socialize with others. Individuals under depression who spend most of their time indoors may subconsciously associate their surroundings with the feelings depression evokes.
Evidence Based Practices to Guide Clinical Practices
a) Explain the interrelationship between the theory, research, and EBP (Evidence Based Practices to Guide Clinical Practices).
b) Identify and discuss the research questions, sampling and sampling size, research designs, hypothesis, data collection methods, and research findings from each study.
c) Identify the goals, health outcomes, and implementation strategies
