If you are researching one of the diets listed, instead of listing signs and symptoms, you may talk about why this diet might be used by special populations, the adverse effects of the diet, and explain the general mechanics of the diet. If you select the topic of enteral or parenteral nutrition, you might discuss the reasons why a patient would be placed on this feeding system, entry sites, and potential complications. If you select drug and nutrient interactions, begin to identify specific drug and nutrient interactions.
